Rules Every Player Should Know

1. Eligibility

3. Deposits & Payments

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum single deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher-value transactions may trigger additional verification steps.

• All deposits must be funded from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

• Deposits are credited to your JL778 account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment channel used.
• JL778 reserves the right to request verification of a payment method before processing withdrawal requests against that deposit source.

4. Withdrawals

JL778 is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on business days. VIP and Platinum-tier accounts may receive same-day processing.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed until the balance meets the minimum.

• Withdrawals are only released to payment accounts registered in your name. JL778 does not send funds to third parties.
• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is released. This is a one-time process for most players.
• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be met before those funds become withdrawable. Real-money deposits not associated with a bonus offer are always freely withdrawable.
• JL778 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawal requests above ₱50,000 as part of standard anti-money laundering compliance.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

The following general rules apply to all JL778 bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds are credited to your bonus wallet and must meet wagering requirements before they can be converted to real money and withdrawn.

• Opening more than one account, or assisting others in circumventing the one-account rule
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tool that automates gameplay or exploits system functions
• Colluding with other players in poker or any competitive game format
• Attempting to exploit game errors, software bugs, or pricing anomalies for financial gain
• Using the platform for money laundering or any financial crime
• Sharing your account credentials with any other person
• Making abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communications toward JL778 staff or other players

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

8. Privacy & Data

In cases where suspension is due to a player's own breach, any bonus balances, pending withdrawals, or winnings derived from prohibited activity may be forfeited. Real-money deposits not involved in the prohibited activity will be returned after investigation is complete, subject to any legal hold requirements.

You may also close your own JL778 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any eligible real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Accounts under active investigation cannot be closed until the investigation is resolved.

11. Limitation of Liability

JL778 operates the platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, though we work hard to maintain high uptime. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JL778 is not liable for:

JL778 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via email or an in-app notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of your JL778 account after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a material update, you may close your account before the change takes effect and your eligible balance will be returned.
